Return & Refund Policy

In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the event of a defective item. Should you receive a defective product, kindly reach out to us at smokevape1990@gmail.com providing video & details of the product and the identified defect.

Opening Video Requirement:

Upon receipt of your shipment, you must make a 360-degree video showing the entire package from all angles.

The video should clearly demonstrate that the shipment has not been tampered with or opened from any side.

This video must be taken in one continuous shot without interruption.

Fault Claims:

To process a claim for any faults or issues with the shipment, the video evidence must be provided to us on the same day as the delivery.

Claims submitted after this period or without the required video evidence may not be accepted.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the rejection of your claim. This policy helps ensure the integrity of our shipment handling and claim process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

REFUNDS 

Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at smokevape1990@gmail.com

INVALID REASONS

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping charges for all undelivered orders, amounting to ₹200 per order, to facilitate the return or replacement process. Failure to fulfill the shipping payment may result in the request not being processed.
